10 Year Beach Celebration

April 27, Chip and I celebrated 10 years of marriage. It is crazy to think that we have been married that long. It has really gone by fast. We were going to the beach for a quick weekend getaway. Karlee had been talking about the beach for weeks so we decided to just make it a family trip. I mean, the two girls are our greatest gifts to each other during this marriage! We invited my cousin Karstyn to join us to be our babysitter on Saturday night so Chip and I could enjoy a nice, quiet anniversary dinner at Harbor Docks.

We had the BEST weekend! Karlee would stay on the beach from sun up to sun down (which we pretty much did) but Madelyn doesn't feel the same way. She is definitely not quite the water lover like Karlee is but I'm hoping she will enjoy it more when the water isn't so cold. She just has no choice but to love water in this family! We'll be at the beach for 7 straight days in July. She better get ready!
