Karlee woke up Sunday morning asking if the Easter Bunny was at her house. I told her he had been here and left her a surprise. She didn't quite understand why he didn't stay and play with her. She enjoyed her goodies and new outdoor toys though. Grandmomma and Grandaddy came over for lunch after church and Karlee got another "basket" of goodies.
We headed over to my mom's side of the family for a late afternoon dinner and more egg hunting. Karlee got yet another basket of goodies from Granna and Granpa. The family egg hunt is always fun because most of these eggs are filled with money!!!

The day was also extra special for us because Karlee got to share some big news. Before the hunt started, she handed my Granny a special egg. Granny opened it to find an ultrasound picture of our new little peanut. Karlee told her "I big sister!" It was a great afternoon with family and was well worth the wait of telling the family all together rather than them hearing it from other people. My big mouth has been itching to spread the news for a month. I' almost 10 weeks and am due November 4. We were a little shocked at first. But, cannot be more thrilled for Karlee to have a sibling. Lots of prayers are needed for the sickness to subside because it has been pretty bad.
